Name: Jordan Reed
School: Florida
Position: TE
Game: LSU
Final Game Grade: 6.64
Jordan Reed displayed his versatility at the tight end position against LSU. Lining up all over the field, at wide out, in the soot and in the traditional TE set formations.
Displayed he is a very good blocker on running plays. Locking his defender up and keeping them squared up in front of his body.
Reed catches the ball nicely with his hands, showing good speed and athletic ability for someone his size. Has a very good frame for the next level at 6', 3", 243 lbs. He is the go-to-guy in tough spots when his QB needs an easy option to get yards.
Also displays good flexibility and coordination, fighting on every catch for more YAC's. A very good trait for a TE to posses.
Overall, Reed has the frame NFL teams want to see in their tight ends. Has better than average speed for a player his size. Nice hands catching the ball in front of him. Fighting for extra yards after every catch. Better than average blocker, keeping defenders squared up in front if his body, locking them up.
